Total Building Services, Inc. was incorporated January 2006 by Gary Gouveia and Jana Allen.  Gary has been a high-rise window cleaner since 1990; starting off in Honolulu.  In 1996, Gary moved to the Seattle area where he started his own small window cleaning company: Total Window Cleaning Services.  After several years of consistently growing the business, Gary transitioned the company to a corporation.  Total Building Services prides itself on quality service and expects nothing more than leaving a jobsite with a satisfied customer or we will redo any work needed.
